Sport Law Consultant quoted in The Times

Sport Law Consultant, Mark Gay was quoted in The Times article on the need for tougher bans to clean up sport.

Mark, who earlier in his career advised the International Athletics foundation, was quoted as saying;

“Wada sanctions need to be stiffer in practical terms. Sanctions should be more automatic and more uniform. I would reduce the scope for arguments made around ‘no fault’ and in particular ‘no significant fault’.”
