Residential Service Charges: Tips and Traps10th February 2015
The world of residential service charge legislation is a complex minefield. Lack of knowledge of the various requirements and failing to comply with the tangled maze of rules and regulations causes a significant volume of, often expensive, litigation and disputes between landlords, tenants and other relevant parties. In this seminar we will go through some of the common pitfalls relating to residential service charges and provide our guests with some helpful practical tips and guidance on how to avoid making mistakes and untangle some of the common problems. Please do send in questions when you RSVP so that we can ensure our speakers cover the issues which are most important to you.
