Rain fails to stop play at Hamlins, Baker Tilly and Coutts Golf Day

Hosts and guests alike battled with the swiftly changing weather conditions at the Hamlins, Baker Tilly and Coutts Golf Day on 16th September. The event, held at the majestic Burhill Golf Club in Walton on Thames, saw teams playing for the top team prizes and individual competitions which included Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin. The course was in immaculate condition and despite the challenges of changing in and out of wet weather gear during play, all agreed that it was a really successful day.

Longest Drive – Kai Hunter

Nearest the Pin – Mark Webster

Golden Ball team competition – Paul Whitfield, Neil McAdam, Mark Webster and Rahul Gajjar

Individual – Mark Gregory, playing off 10 and scoring an impressive 41 points

Team Competition – Andy Ford, Daniel O’Brien, Martin Brebner, Chris Thompson

Putting Competition – Nigel Mason
