Hollie is an Associate in the Real Estate Litigation Team.
She specialises in commercial real estate litigation, with particular knowledge of landlord and tenant matters including breaches of covenants, such as dilapidations, use and non-payment of rent. Hollie has experience of claims for damages, specific performance and injunctive relief as well as commercial lease renewals. Hollie also deals with boundary disputes and claims for adverse possession.
She also has knowledge of residential landlord and tenant issues, including Assured Shorthold Tenancy matters claims and service charge disputes.
Hollie prides herself on her open and approachable nature and has been commended by clients for being ‘well-prepared, efficient’ and ‘practical’.
Hollie joined Hamlins from Mullis & Peake LLP in 2017.
Hollie obtained her Law degree and Masters in European Law from the University of Kent.
Prior to her qualification as a solicitor, Hollie was a paralegal at Watson, Farley & Williams from 2010 to 2013.
Hollie trained at Mullis & Peake LLP and qualified in 2015.
Hollie has been described as ‘well-prepared, efficient, practical and approachable’ in the Legal 500 directory.
In 2016 Hollie was shortlisted for the LawNet Young Lawyer of the Year Award.
