Alexy Pemberton is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Team.
Alexy has broad experience in all aspects of commercial real estate for institutional property investment companies in relation to acquisitions, disposals, management work and financing. She acts for both landlords and tenants in relation to retail, office and leisure premises and warehouses.
She also has experience in acting for landlords in grants and renewals of broadcasting leases. She has broad experience in all aspects of landlord and tenant matters under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and the Leasehold Reform Act 1993.

- Acted for leaseholders in the re-gearing of office space, new lease and surrender.
- Acting for purchaser in the acquisition of a freehold warehouse purchase.
Trained and qualified at Prince Evans Solicitors LLP in 2008 before joining Hamlins LLP in September 2014.
Alexy attended Nottingham University for her law (LLB) degree and qualified in 2004.
