Alexandra is an Associate in the IP & Commercial Department.
Alexandra advises businesses on a variety of intellectual property law, technology and commercial matters, particularly in the travel, sports, media, fashion and property industries. She has experience advising senior management on the full ambit of cyber security and data protection matters, most recently in relation to compliance with the GDPR. Alexandra acts for some of the leading names in the modelling, travel, entertainment, property and sports sectors, advising on matters ranging from brand protection strategies, to the negotiation of commercial contracts and licensing arrangements and data protection compliance. Alexandra writes as a legal expert for several publications, and has been asked to speak at several travel law conferences and seminars hosted by ABTA.
- Advising a number of companies, including a leading estate agency, on the best practical and legal measures to ensure compliance with the GDPR.
- Advising the largest modelling agency in Europe on its commercial and data protection strategy.
- Negotiating and advising on a number of licensing arrangements and player contracts for an ongoing global sports tournament.
- Providing ongoing commercial and IP advice to a market leading provider of small sided football.
