Hamlins’ solicitor discusses significant changes to copyright law in Real Business

Changes in UK copyright law, soon to be enacted, extend the duration of a copyright owner’s rights in designed products.  These changes act to re-instate the copyright protection of some industrially produced designed products for which copyright had expired and will mean enforcement action can be taken against manufactures, importers and retailers of such goods.
