Hamlins’ IP solicitor is speaking at the Intellectual Property for Researchers seminar on 16th May 2016 in London

Hamlins’ IP, IT and commercial solicitor Sophie Arrowsmith is speaking at the Intellectual Property for Researchers seminar organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry Law Group,  on 16th May in London. The seminar will provide an introduction to intellectual property for chemistry researchers.

Sophie Arrowsmith, who gained an MSci in Chemistry at Imperial College London before qualifying as a lawyer, will be speaking on non-patentable intellectual property (including know-how, designs, trade marks and copyright). Other topics will include patents (including more detailed considerations for chemical patents), assignments, licences and R&D collaborations.
