Hamlins Appoints Conduct Risk Manager24th March 2014
It is fundamental that any Supplier in Lender Services embraces and understands Conduct Risk.
At Hamlins we have an embedded Conduct Risk Culture led by senior Management. We constantly review our processes and procedures to ensure everything we do has the Customer Journey and outcome at the heart of our service. Through such review we have identified an improvement and as such we are pleased to announce that we have appointed Victoria Bennett as our Conduct Risk Manager. Victoria manages our Lender Services department and is our Quality Assurance Manager, therefore this role is a natural fit. She will report directly in to our Conduct Risk Committee on all Conduct Risk issues.
Hamlins has a clear Conduct Risk appetite supported by robust policies and procedures. Victoria will be monitoring these not only from a Quality Assurance standpoint but also making sure the principles of Conduct Risk are met.
This appointment reinforces the fact that our clients can be assured everything we do has at it’s heart the best Customer Outcome.
