Hamlins advises Structadene on refinancing deal

Hamlins LLP today announces that it has completed on a £210m refinancing of a property portfolio owned by the Structadene Group with Lloyds Bank PLC.  The deal involved over 170 commercial and mixed use properties, mostly based in London.

The Structadene Group is a successful and long established private property business with a substantial portfolio of commercial and residential investment properties.

Head of Real Estate at Hamlins, Mark Hurst led the team comprising commercial property partners David Lewis and Vicky Stanborough, solicitor Tessa Hardy and paralegal Angelique Umugwaneza on the real estate aspects and partner Gordon Oliver and associate Aselle Djumabaeva-Wood on the banking and finance aspects of the deal.
