Hamlins advises Criterion Capital on £170m sale of East India Dock Estate

Hamlins has advised new client Criterion Capital on its sale of the East India Dock Estate in London’s Docklands to LaSalle Investment Management, in partnership with Trilogy Property Advisers, for £170m.

The team was led by real estate partner Joseph Holder and included Nigel Mason, Stephanie Comfort, and Eleanor Mhizha.
