Employment Law Changes 2015

2014 was a vintage year on the employment law front bringing us early conciliation, the extension of flexible working rights to all employees, a block on the Unions’ attempts to see off Tribunal fees, and significant changes to the way holiday pay is calculated.

2015 is set to be just as dramatic.
