Another court success for one of Hamlins’ property clients

The property litigation team have secured an important High Court victory for one of Hamlins’ major property clients, Lunar Office S.A.R.L. This involved one of Lunar’s large assets in Wokingham. The decision, which was made on a summary judgment basis, means the client will have the flexibility it needs to agree commercial lettings in the building without the landlord’s consent which is of significant value from an asset management point of view.
