We regularly act on mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross border) for both our quoted and private clients. We are able to advise equally on public offers under the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Transaction sizes range from several hundred thousand pounds to tens of millions of pounds.
We advise on the purchase and disposal of businesses owned by individuals and companies or the shares in private companies for clients most of the clients themselves being entrepreneur owned private companies or small quoted companies.
