Solicitor
After completing her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Wales Aberystwyth in 2001, Sara trained at a South East regional firm and qualified there in 2005. Sara joined Hamlins as a Corporate Solicitor in September 2011.
Sara undertakes a broad range of corporate finance work for individual and corporate clients and also provides advice in relation to commercial agreements and arrangements. She has considerable experience of mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, banking work and corporate restructurings and has particular expertise advising entrepreneurial growth companies.
