Nigel Mason is a partner in the Commercial Property Department. He has been involved in some major projects, including the redevelopment of Charing Cross Station, the proposed redevelopment of Ipswich Town Centre, development management agreements for part of Paternoster Square in the City of London and the redevelopment of two major buildings in Regent Street London W1. Nigel represents some of the country's leading developers and acts for the investment agencies of two foreign governments.
Nigel also heads up a team advising clients in the leisure industry on their property requirements, including the delivery of new trading opportunities, the active management of their real estate and the property aspects of brand purchases, refinancings, placements and disposals.
