Mark Hurst is a partner in the Commercial Property Department. He joined Hamlins in 2004 having obtained a BSc in Psychology at the University of Leeds in 1993. Mark acts for a number of property companies, off-shore funds and high net worth individuals dealing with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property including sales, acquisitions and management work including large commercial and residential portfolio sales co-ordinating and putting into effect deal structures for the purposes of mitigating tax liabilities.
