Laura Harcombe is a partner in Commercial Disputes department. She has 16 years of experience in advising tour operators, airlines, travel agents, accommodation only providers, ground handlers, hoteliers, transfer providers and suppliers to the industry on all aspects of their business. She has considerable experience in handling big-ticket litigation, often with a regulatory angle. She also undertakes commercial, regulatory and compliance work, particularly in the areas of health and safety, pricing, brand protection and consumer issues.
