Daniel is a corporate finance partner. He advises on all aspects of corporate law, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and fundraisings and equity capital markets transactions including flotations and secondary offerings on the Official List, AIM and PLUS Markets. Daniel also advises on partnership matters, debt finance transactions and restructurings.
Daniel has particular experience in the real estate, TMT, healthcare and leisure sectors and his clients include entrepreneurs, SMEs, funds and Nomads and Brokers.
