Charles Maxwell is a solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate department. Charles has significant experience in acquisitions and disposals of Real Estate by way of private treaty and more recently auction transactions and acts for both landlords and tenants in relation to business leases. Charles has a client base of Real Estate investors and in particular acts for some Israeli Real Estate investors and entrepreneurs who are active in the UK market. Charles also acts for some high profile restaurant operators within the UK and has a wealth of experience in this area.
