We have great pleasure in announcing the appointment of Neil Benson as lead partner in our Property Litigation team.
He has considerable experience of all types of litigation arising from both Commercial and Residential property. A former Chairman of the Property Litigation Association his reported cases include the Court of Appeal judgement in Allied Dunbar v Homebase.
On joining Hamlins, Neil said: "I am delighted to be joining such a dynamic and busy firm. The real estate team here is second to none and as well as servicing my existing clients, I am enjoying meeting the real estate clients of the firm as well as other clients who encounter issues that require a litigation or dispute resolution angle".
