Expansion in China for foreign multinationals and other investors can however seem rather daunting due to the numerous cultural, commercial and governmental differences.
The key to doing business in China is a good working relationship and our team has years of ‘on the ground’ experience placing us in a unique position to advise clients. Our team offers a mix of legal experience, cultural knowledge and innovation. It is this unique combination that enables us to provide our clients with solutions that get deals completed and problems solved in China.
