At Hamlins’ we continue to demonstrate our commitment to our lender clients with the launch of our custom-built case management system for lender sales transactions.
Information technology has always played a central part to our services at Hamlins. Nowhere more so that in our Services to Lenders department. Our mortgage debt recovery department boasts the latest technology which ensures our lender clients receive an efficient and cost-effective service across the litigation process.
Working alongside our Mortgage Debt Recovery department, our Lender Sales department now offers a “one-stop” service to our Lender clients. This benefits our clients by a smooth transition between the two processes.
Since the beginning of 2008, we have invested heavily in extending and developing the latest technology to our Lender Sales department. A further full-time developer has been employed to ensure that our lender sales case management system has been improved to anticipate and meet our lender clients’ needs in the sales area.
We are constantly looking to improve the services offered to all our clients. To that end we have focused on the individual needs of our lender clients across the sale transaction. Whilst dealing with lender sales the importance of pro-activity and communication is paramount at every point in the transaction. We have ensured that the system is flexible and can be tailored to each individual lender’s process requirements. Each case type and transaction is underpinned by its own unique case flow, allowing users to define individual case issues and to progress transactions at the earliest point. This allows us to interface with our lender clients and their asset managers at key points in the transaction; to ensure that all parties are aware of case developments and to progress cases to exchange and completion within the earliest timescales.
