Hamlins will be hosting a seminar in conjunction with Harris Lipman, Insolvency Practitioners, on how to deal with unpaid rent and services charges. Speakers will be Antony Perlmutter , Partner in Hamlins Commercial Disputes Group, Barry Lewis, the Senior Partner of Harris Lipman and barrister Russell Stone of Ely Place Chambers. Areas covered will include options avalable if your tenant is insolvent, early detention of problem tenants, quick recovery of outstanding sums and a guide to the Tribunal Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. There will be a panel session and an opportunity for questions. The seminar is being held at the RSA at 8 John Adam Street, London WC2. Regisration is at 8.45 with the seminar lasting from 9 to 11am.
