Hamlins LLP is pleased to announce two new Associate appointments: Ben Kilshaw and Yvonne Raymond, both from its Real Estate department.
Ben Kilshaw joined in 2002 and is a solicitor in the Real Estate Department. He obtained an LLB from Aberystwyth University in 1996 and qualified in November 1999. He has experience in commercial property, non-contentious construction law and acting for restaurant operators on acquisitions and disposals.
Yvonne Raymond is a solicitor in the Real Estate Department. She qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and joined Hamlins in 1997. Yvonne is experienced in all areas of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and landlord and tenant issues.
